It means ensuring every procurement decision delivers value, efficiency, and innovation to the projects driving our business forward. You will be a key link connecting R&D, Supply Chain, and the supplier market, directly contributing to the development of impactful solutions in the energy sector. **Key Responsibilities:** Negotiate and procure Direct, Indirect, Capex, and Services materials—with emphasis on prototypes and new products Manage the procurement process (quotations, negotiations, contracts, payment terms, technical requirements aligned with internal customers) Engage with multiple stakeholders (internal customers, suppliers, global teams, among others) Analyze specifications and scopes, proposing alternatives that support cost reduction Identify solutions that improve delivery speed and reduce Time-to-Market, monitoring trends and opportunities with suppliers Apply sourcing tools (TCO, Strategic Sourcing, RFQ, etc.) Execute the organization’s procurement policy and process strategy Evaluate supplier performance and compliance Proactively identify solutions, anticipate issues, and ensure on-scope delivery Build strategic partnerships for recurring projects Monitor portfolio performance indicators **Professional Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields * Advanced English proficiency * Commercial mindset, with clear communication skills when engaging technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders * Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and collaboration to align diverse interests * SAP and e-procurement platform knowledge preferred * Import process knowledge preferred * Advanced spreadsheet and Power BI knowledge preferred * Experience in project-focused procurement (preferably electronics) preferred We value and promote diversity within our team.
