Focus on organization, attention to detail, and communication **Bidding Assistant** **Job Summary:** Organize, register, and monitor bidding processes to enable the company’s participation in public and private auctions and tenders. Main responsibilities include identifying opportunities and analyzing tender documents. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Process Monitoring:** Daily monitoring of all bidding phases—from tender publication to awarding—filtering, analyzing, and downloading tender documents from official portals; reading and highlighting the most relevant points of each tender document; tracking suspended or postponed auctions. **Essential Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical ability to assess bidding feasibility. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office and spreadsheet tools). * Time management skills. **Requirements:** Completed high school education and/or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Health insurance (Medicina em Grupo), Meal voucher, Dental plan. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break. **Salary:** R$ 2\.400,00 **Work Location:** Juvevê \- Curitiba \- CEP 80030\-001 Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
