Join our team as a Pharmacist and contribute to excellence in patient care within the PROMOPREV and PROFARMA programs. Responsible for executing activities related to the PROMOPREV and PROFARMA programs, including pharmacotherapeutic monitoring of patients, medication and supply control and procurement, inventory and expiry date management, and participation in a multidisciplinary team.
