Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy;
* Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Legislation;
* Flexible availability for working hours;
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays;
* Active CRF license or currently undergoing activation.
Serving as the technical reference in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with current legislation, promoting the rational use of medications, providing qualified pharmaceutical care, and contributing to business results and service excellence.
1\. Customer Assistance and Service
* Delivering empathetic customer service, interpreting prescriptions, and advising on medication usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects.
* Clarifying customer and staff questions through research and consultation of reliable sources.
* Ensuring safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics.
2\. Technical and Regulatory Management
* Acting as the technical responsible party for the establishment before regulatory bodies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.).
* Ensuring documentary compliance: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations.
* Maintaining up-to-date SNGPC records, submitting movement reports, and monitoring irregularities.
3\. Medication Control and Storage
* Supervising product storage, expiration dates, and pricing.
* Ensuring proper control and auditing of pharmaceutical inventory, especially controlled substances (Ordinance No. 344/98\).
* Guaranteeing correct filing of prescriptions and mandatory reports.
4\. Team Supervision and Development
* Training and guiding staff on good dispensing practices, current legislation, and government programs (e.g., Farmácia Popular).
* Monitoring appropriate use of prescription forms, stamps, and sales registration systems.
5\. Operational Processes and Quality
* Keeping SOPs, the Good Practices Manual, and the PGRSS updated and ensuring their daily implementation.
* Ensuring hygiene, organization, and proper operation of the department per sanitary standards.
* Monitoring ambient and equipment temperatures with updated records.
6\. Strategic Participation
* Contributing to store goals through technical promotion of pharmaceutical products and services.
* Participating in meetings, trainings, and audits to support continuous improvement and alignment with company guidelines.
