




Job Summary: Occupational health professional to assist in conducting occupational medical examinations and provide support for clinical and administrative activities. Key Highlights: 1. Document organization and management of legal programs **Responsibilities:** The professional will be responsible for assisting in the execution of occupational medical examinations, including admission, dismissal, periodic, return-to-work, and job-change examinations, providing support for clinical and administrative activities inherent to the Occupational Health routine. They will also schedule, monitor, and track occupational examinations using computerized occupational health and safety management systems, such as the SOC (Occupational Health System), entering data, updating registrations, tracking expiration dates, and organizing medical records, in compliance with internal company guidelines and applicable legislation. They will attend to employees of client companies, organize documents, support the management of legal programs (e.g., PCMSO), and interface with the multidisciplinary Occupational Health and Safety team. **Minimum Requirements:** – Prior experience in the healthcare field, preferably in Occupational Health (Consulting); – Active and valid registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN).
