We are seeking a Hospital Operational Support Supervisor to manage facility services, ensuring operational efficiency, sanitary compliance, and safe support for patient care. If you have experience in hospital hospitality, service management, and a systemic understanding of the hospital environment, this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities \- Supervise hospital hygiene and cleaning services, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations; \- Coordinate linen and hospital textile management (control, traceability, and flow); \- Supervise laundry services (in-house or outsourced); \- Monitor hospital food services, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (RDC 216\); \- Supervise property security, reception, and operational access control; \- Manage outsourced contracts (cleaning, food services, laundry, security, among others); \- Monitor operational indicators (costs, consumption, quality, SLA, non-conformities); \- Ensure compliance with the Solid Waste Management Plan (PGRSS) and environmental regulations; \- Control supplies and departmental budget; \- Manage operational and environmental risks; \- Support regulatory audits and inspections; \- Prepare management reports and action plans.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospital Management, Engineering, or Nursing;
* Experience in facility management, hospital hospitality, or operational services;
* Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office suite);
* Knowledge of ANVISA regulations;
**Desirable Requirements:**

* Experience with hospital information systems (Tasy, Solus, or similar);
* Experience with sanitary inspections;
* Experience managing outsourced contracts and SLAs;
* Experience implementing or structuring hospital services;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision or team leadership.
