Market mapping and relationship building The HR team at Metrópole Office is expanding, and we are looking for a strategic and communicative Recruitment \& Selection professional to focus on active hunting of professionals primarily in the accounting and tax fields. Here, recruitment goes beyond screening: you will be responsible for market mapping, identifying talents, conducting consultative outreach, and supporting the development of technical and behavioral competency mapping for the office. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields (completed or in progress); Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection.
