Requirements: **Requirements:** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience in IT asset management, contract management, and financial routines * Proficiency with systems, corporate platforms, and information control * Experience validating supplier invoices, bank slips, and financial documents * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility * Ability to monitor processes and meet deadlines * Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal departments **Responsibilities:** * Initiate, monitor, and control PCTI (IT Procurement Control Process) * Request removal of assets from active contracts * Request and monitor procurement of IT equipment * Monitor delivery of equipment * Enter and update financial information in the client's platform * Manage IT asset insurance claims, including requesting and tracking indemnifications * Request and analyze quotations/budgets for assets and software licenses * Handle and monitor operational and administrative service requests ***100% on-site work in Curitiba/PR or São Paulo/SP (South Zone)*** Benefits * Transportation Allowance * Flexible Meal Voucher: BRL 34.00 per day * Health Insurance – Porto Seguro, in partnership with Mediservice (which covers Bradesco health plan) * Dental Insurance – OdontoPrev * Life Insurance – Porto Seguro * Pet Care Benefit (Guapeco) * Total Pass * Employee Referral Bonus Program * Partner Discounts (Universities, language courses, gyms, and incentives for certifications and trainings).
