Job Summary: Professional to assist in the development and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including training and advisory support. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System 2. Planning and conducting training on the Quality System 3. Experience and knowledge of ISO standards * Support the development and maintenance process of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by gathering information and feedback to enable evaluation of implemented programs and procedures; * Plan and conduct training for all employees on Quality Management System activities, aiming to disseminate knowledge and facilitate program implementation; * Advise company managers and facilitators on implementing Quality Management System activities to ensure execution according to established standards; * Develop documentation flowcharts for the Quality Management System to ensure accurate communication and recording of information; * Maintain quality record controls; * Control quality certificates for received raw materials; * ISO indicator monitoring; * Verify expiration dates of calibration certificates issued by accredited entities; * Conduct internal training related to quality; * Distribute and control copies of quality manuals; * Knowledge and experience in ISO standards; * Minimum two years of experience in this role.
