PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will include eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Traffic Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Course completion declaration accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable for up to 180 days following degree completion). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** Instructor for Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Hazardous Materials Transport, School Transport, Emergency Transport, or Oversized Cargo Transport, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of course diploma/certificate (VALID). VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (MINIMUM 1 YEAR IN CATEGORY). Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid CNH. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Booklet and Social Security (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS registration title corresponds to the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience delivering lectures.
