THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LEARNING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Instructor (Information Technology)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call-up; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary\*\* :** \*\* Responsible for facilitating students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars).
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
COMPLETED BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, COMPUTER ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELDS.
Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or;
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days after degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING TRAININGS OR COURSES IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, PROGRAMMING AND/OR NETWORK MAINTENANCE.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and detailed description of performed activities;
b) Or copy of the Worker's Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry title matches that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying performed activities, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.

**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**

**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Computer architecture fundamentals. Computer networks fundamentals: network protocols, clients and servers. Operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista. Installation, user account management, user files, network configurations, backup procedures, physical computer network installation. Windows operating system. Email: Microsoft Outlook. File transfer (FTP). Lesson plan development. Didactic-pedagogical fundamentals. Instructional resources. Training outcome evaluation techniques. Training and Development. Autonomous Social Services. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
