Develop sales strategies and nurture leads An LED lighting solutions company of experts—combining quality, sustainability, energy savings, and cutting-edge technology—is seeking an Inside Sales professional to join its sales team! **Location:** Hauer Neighborhood – Curitiba – PR **Schedule:** On-site with one remote workday per week. After approximately 2–3 months, and subject to strong sales performance, full remote work may be negotiated. **Salary:** BRL 2,500.00 (fixed) + commission, potentially reaching BRL 3,500.00 – totaling an average of BRL 6,000.00 per month or more. It depends on the energy you bring to sales! **Contract Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Actively prospect new customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication tools; Manage and nurture leads until deal closure; Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information about customers and negotiation progress; Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies; Respond to and qualify leads received through marketing campaigns; Prepare and send commercial proposals; Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve performance. **REQUIREMENTS:** Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields; Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role; Knowledge of sales principles and negotiation techniques; Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or others; Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting; Familiarity with communication technologies such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams; Market research skills.
