Because our greatest achievements have emerged precisely when we **DARED TO BELIEVE.** Our Values * Faith * Love * Joy * Integrity * Boldness **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead technical trainings and workshops (labs/demos) * Design partner certification paths and integration kits (SDKs/APIs/samples). * Produce reference architectures (on-prem/cloud/edge), “solution briefs”, and best practices guides. * Support partners during discovery, RFP/RFI, solution design, technical proposal, and demonstrations. * Lead and/or coordinate PoCs/Pilots (scope, success criteria, metrics) and handover to delivery/support teams. * Design integrations with customer systems and partner technology stacks. * Ensure standards and best practices: security/privacy (LGPD/GDPR), encryption, observability, resilience. * Contribute to compliance with standards and interoperability: ISO/IEC 29794, ISO/IEC 19794 (biometric formats), NFIQ (quality), MOSIP/OSIA, ICAO 9303\. * Consolidate field feedback (partners/customers) and prioritize with Product/Engineering: SDK/API usability, matching performance, liveness/PAD, latency and offline requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of pre-sales/architecture (Identity/Biometrics/Security/Health IT). Proficiency in APIs/SDKs, integration, networking, and security. Familiarity with cloud (IaaS/PaaS), edge/mobile (Android/USB/BT), on-prem, and hybrid environments. Experience with international tech providers and relationships with channels and integrators. *Desirable:* Practical knowledge of biometric image quality (NFIQ), PAD/Liveness, matching (1:1, 1:N), latency, and fault tolerance. Familiarity with public procurement processes (RFP).
