Assisting in tracking monitored shipments We are always attentive to offering the best opportunities for people and for the community, thereby strengthening our relationships and our faith in what drives our prosperity. **From family to family, from person to person, we exist to care for everything that moves us forward.** We currently have an opportunity to work on invoice verification and issuance, as well as related tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** Verify the completion of invoices issued by customers; Enter waybills and issue cargo labels according to procedure DOP.01; Verify the DACT\-e (Auxiliary Document for Electronic Transport Waybill) against the corresponding invoice to ensure correct issuance; Attach DACT\-es to their respective invoices; Prepare freight manifests; Archive Terms of Responsibility and copies of Content and Value Declarations; Conduct sample testing of issuance materials; Assist the team lead in monitoring tracked shipments; Perform other related tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1 year of experience in this role Completed high school education **Additional Information** * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Medical and dental assistance * Pharmacy benefit program * Access to Gympass * Profit-sharing program Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
