Development of social and behavioral skills Assist the dentist in providing dental care to patients, optimizing procedure execution and ensuring service quality, following work instructions specified in the company's standard operating procedure manual. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare patients for treatment by verifying the scheduled procedure and preparing and organizing all necessary materials on the support table to assist the dentist; * Instruct patients on oral hygiene practices according to the company's standard operating procedure manual; * Place orders for dental appliances, track laboratory deliveries, and inspect appliances to ensure readiness for the scheduled appointment; * Maintain and preserve dental equipment; * Lubricate high- and low-speed handpieces per manufacturer guidelines; * Process radiographic film; * Assist and instrument professionals during clinical interventions per the company's standard operating procedure manual; * Handle dental materials; * Select impression trays; * Prepare plaster models; * Apply biosafety measures for storage, transport, handling, and disposal of dental products and waste; * Adopt biosafety measures aimed at infection control; * Perform cleaning, antisepsis, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments, dental equipment, and the workplace; * Collect, wash, disinfect, and sterilize clinic materials and instruments per the company's established standard operating procedure manual; * Package and label washed materials with expiration dates, then place them in the autoclave for sterilization; * Properly use personal protective equipment per the company's standard operating procedures; * Conduct weekly general cleaning of the sterilization room (wash and disinfect walls, floors, cabinets, and all surfaces); * Perform chemical and biological tests on the autoclave per sanitary surveillance requirements; * Observe technical usage requirements for equipment (autoclave, ultrasonic bath, and other equipment); * Check expiration dates of packaged materials and re-clean and re-sterilize materials whose validity has expired; * Assemble patient records for those initiating treatment per the company's established standard operating procedure manual; * Monitor clinical supply inventory and request replenishment from the responsible person when needed; * Select patient clinical records according to the daily appointment schedule and archive them after use; * Maintain orderly dental documentation and patient records, including files of patients who discontinued, canceled, or completed treatment; * Store clinical records evaluated by administration; * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training sessions provided by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Dental Hygiene Technician course and/or Dental Assistant course preferred; * Knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and procedures; * Customer service skills; * Intermediate computer skills.
