Main Responsibilities * **Operations Management:** Supervise workshop workflow to ensure vehicle delivery deadlines are met with quality. * **Financial Management:** Control departmental revenue, manage parts inventory, and optimize labor hour sales. * **Manufacturer Relationship Management:** Ensure compliance with brand standards, manage warranty processes, and participate in technical training programs. * **Customer Retention and CRM:** Analyze customer satisfaction metrics and implement action plans to re-engage inactive customers. * **Team Leadership:** Manage and motivate technical advisors, mechanics, and warehouse staff, emphasizing productivity and continuous training.
