Handling operational problem-solving and on-site support Operations Supervisor \- Apucarana \- PR Work onsite at Unifrango **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily transportation operations, focusing on efficiency, safety, and deadline compliance; * Directly lead operational teams, including drivers and assistants, ensuring alignment with company objectives; * Manage work schedules, working hours, and team performance, tracking attendance, productivity, and behavior; * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements; * Ensure efficient fleet utilization by optimizing routes and managing available vehicles; * Handle operational problem-solving and provide on-site team support; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labor legislation, and internal policies; * Collaborate with other departments (Maintenance, Logistics, Traffic) to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Driver's License Category D; * Prior experience supervising transportation or logistics operations; * Experience directly leading drivers and assistants; * Solid knowledge of operational KPI control, shift scheduling, transport documentation, and applicable regulations (e.g., ANTT, working hours); * Proactive, organized profile with strong decision-making and conflict management skills; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with large-scale freight carriers or logistics operators; * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and fleet management systems (TMS, tracking, etc.); * Experience in urban distribution operations and delivery window management. **Benefits:** * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Basic Food Basket (after probation period); * Health Insurance (after probation period); * Dental Insurance (after probation period); Salary: R$4\.300,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
