It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Ensure all financial reports and records comply with BR\-GAAP and US\-GAAP accounting and financial standards, pursuing operational efficiency. Execute and monitor the monthly accounting reconciliation process, ensuring the quality of accounting information and proactively identifying risks. Support internal and external audits. On-site work in Ponta Grossa / PR. Prior experience as a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Controller Analyst, or Audit Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
