Job Summary: A professional responsible for vehicle safety inspections, repair analysis, tire mounting and demounting, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in sales and customer service regarding vehicle needs Tire manufacturing and retail company seeks a Mechanic in Guarapuava. **Responsibilities:** Conduct vehicle safety inspections via car check-up. Analyze and justify the need for repairs, parts application, and service time. Responsible for mounting and demounting tires, shock absorbers, brake pads, and others. Perform services such as wheel alignment and balancing, following technical procedures to ensure customer safety. Assist in the sales process and provide customer service related to vehicle needs. Deliver technical handover to customers, presenting executed products and services. Carry out tire and parts storage. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly as established for the role. Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of environment and equipment. Address complaints regarding sold products and services, analyze them, and report to store management. Previous experience as a Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Specialist, or Automobile Mechanic may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position.
