Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst with expertise in Payroll and eSocial routines to process and close payroll, manage eSocial events, and calculate taxes, with experience in TOTVS Protheus. Analytical and organized profile **Payroll Analyst** We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with expertise in Payroll and eSocial routines to join our team! Responsibilities: * Full processing and closing of payroll and social charges. * Generation and validation of eSocial event transmissions (periodic and non-periodic), ensuring compliance with deadlines and ancillary obligations. * Calculation and verification of taxes (INSS, Digital FGTS, IRRF, Union Contributions). * Monitoring of terminations, vacations, admissions, and calculation of variable components. * Interface with the TOTVS Protheus system for configurations, routines, and operational HR reports. Requirements: * Proven experience in HR Department and Payroll routines. * Practical knowledge of the TOTVS Protheus system (Personnel Management Module, TAF, and Time Tracking). * Thorough understanding of eSocial obligations and up-to-date labor/social security legislation. * Analytical profile with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). * Prior experience in industrial-sector or large-scale companies.
