Build a career transforming lives. **Here, we cultivate!** * *Strict and unwavering adherence to clinical, operational, and administrative processes* * *Collaboration* * *Daily practice of integrity* * *Integration* * *Culture of sustainability* * *Respect for each individual’s unique way of being and thinking* * *And, above all, a genuine appreciation for people* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the IT department (support, infrastructure, and systems), promoting organization, productivity, and technical development. * Ensure availability and full functionality of hospital systems (Electronic Health Records, GLPI, PR SISTEMAS, laboratory systems, imaging systems, among others). * Monitor IT department performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports. * Manage network infrastructure, servers, internet, firewalls, backups, physical infrastructure maintenance, technological maintenance, and information security. * Enforce information security policies, LGPD compliance, and access control. * Supervise technology vendor contracts and monitor SLAs. * Plan and execute technological improvement and innovation projects. * Ensure execution of backups and contingency plans to maintain continuity of hospital services. * Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative departments to understand needs and propose technological solutions. * Manage inventory of equipment (computers, printers, data collectors, etc.) and the lifecycle of IT assets. * Provide strategic IT support to the Executive Board in decisions related to technology and digital transformation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00 **BASIC KNOWLEDGE** * National SUS Policy * LGPD **INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE** * Crisis Management * Project Management **ADVANCED PROFICIENCY** * Information Technologies * Written and Verbal Communication Skills * Analytical and Measurement Capabilities * Microsoft Office Suite * Network Maintenance #### **Joining Instituto Social Mais Saúde is more than building a career—it is embracing the opportunity to positively impact the lives of thousands of Brazilians who rely on public health services.** #### ***Our mission goes beyond efficiency and quality; we exist to guarantee dignified reception and humanized care at every stage of the health rehabilitation process.
