Proven experience in the commercial sector is required. Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Team and People Management: Motivate, train, develop, and provide continuous feedback to sales representatives. * Target and Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as sales volume and conversion rate; adjust routes to ensure results. * Commercial Planning: Set targets, organize sales routes, manage customer portfolios, and implement sales strategies. * Support for Complex Sales: Assist in challenging negotiations, delivery timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Recruitment: Actively participate in hiring new talent. * Communication: Serve as the liaison between commercial management and field teams, ensuring smooth information flow. * Must focus equally on people management and numerical oversight, ensuring the sales team operates productively and aligns with company goals.
