Responsible for defining strategies, analyzing performance, resolving conflicts, and preparing reports, the role serves as the liaison between sales representatives and management, requiring leadership, results orientation, and excellent communication. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Lead, train, motivate, and provide ongoing feedback to sales representatives. * **Goals and Strategies:** Set individual and collective goals, defining strategies to achieve them. * **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze sales metrics (KPIs), track orders and reports. * **Customer Service:** Ensure excellence in customer service, manage complex negotiations, and resolve issues. * **Market Analysis:** Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for improvement. **Common Requirements:** * **Experience:** Prior experience in sales or supervision. * **Education:** Completed high school (a degree in Business Administration/Marketing is a plus). * **Skills:** Leadership, strong communication skills, organization, results orientation, and familiarity with CRM systems. **Compensation:** * Salary R$3.023,00 + commissions + awards for goal achievement Employment Type: Full-time CLT Payment: Starting from R$3.023,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
