Job Summary: Responsible for fleet maintenance management and control, quotation and procurement of parts, and administration of vehicle and driver documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive fleet management and preventive maintenance. 2. Strategic negotiation and procurement of parts and equipment. 3. Documentary and regulatory control of vehicles and drivers. Responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance across the entire fleet; Conduct cost estimates for vehicle parts and submit them to management for approval; upon approval, proceed with procurement; Obtain quotations for parts required by the quarry, such as belts, bearings, engines, small machinery, and other items arising from demand; Obtain quotations for parts and services required by the concrete plant, including weighbridge trucks, silos, and other emerging needs; Obtain quotations and procure tires for all vehicles and equipment; maintain tire inventory control spreadsheets; dispatch tires to branches and distribution centers per managers' requests; Monitor tire mileage expenses, number of deliveries, and tire inventory levels; Control, verify, and audit the execution of preventive maintenance checklists for the fleet; Conduct biannual tracking of all drivers' driver's licenses using an expiration date spreadsheet; Responsible for monitoring and timely payment of all vehicle-related taxes; Track all traffic violations and transfer penalty points to the offending driver; Analyze and keep updated fees, training courses, certificates, requisitions, fueling records, document authentication, and other documents relevant to the position; Evaluate vehicles for purchase/sale, assess condition, review documentation, verify outstanding traffic violations and documentary compliance, manage asset disposal, etc.; Perform other duties related to this area. Prerequisites: Relevant work experience; Experience in negotiations; Basic to intermediate Excel skills; Basic computer literacy.
