The Quero\-Quero Store Manager Program is an opportunity for entrepreneurial retail leaders seeking to accelerate their careers within one of the country's largest Home & Construction companies. \_What will you do? Initially, you will join our store manager training program, learning about our corporate culture, participating in leadership and company process training sessions, and engaging in both theoretical and practical experiences—integrating your knowledge and preparing you to manage one of our branches. After completing your training, you will: \- Assume management of one of our branches; \- Deliver and ensure high-quality customer service and foster relationships with the community, our customers, and suppliers; \- Contribute to team motivation and engagement by cultivating a positive work environment aligned with company values; \- Lead and train your team to achieve the company's expected results; \- Monitor and manage branch performance; \- Ensure execution of team tasks and daily store operations. \_Who are we looking for? Retail team leaders from RS, SC, PR, MS, and SP states, with experience in construction materials and/or electronics, furniture, or financial services, and who are available for travel and relocation.
