Daily verification of whether all vehicles are connected to the system. Provide information to users via telephone. Commit to resolving problems and non-conformities within the department. Monitor the operational synoptic. Contact operations/drivers when necessary for clarifications and operational adjustments. Report any incident inconsistent with procedures or operational parameters to the immediate supervisor or responsible department for issue resolution.
