Job Summary: The professional will perform examinations, dressings, and medication administration, as well as manage supplies and assist with documentation and training. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for conducting medical examinations and procedures 2. Inventory management and outpatient clinic organization 3. Assistance in medical training and documentation **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Conduct examinations: laboratory sample collection and HGT testing. 2\. Perform dressings, vital signs monitoring, medication administration according to medical prescriptions, and employee care. 3\. Request examination kits from the laboratory. 4\. Maintain inventory control of supplies, medications, and outpatient clinic organization. 5\. Assist in and ensure proper medical record archiving and absenteeism tracking. 6\. Deliver training sessions and onboarding to employees, as directed by the occupational physician/nurse and SESMT team. 7\. Proactively identify absent employees who have not submitted medical certificates and investigate case progress. 8\. Enter medical certificates, protocols, or justifications into the system. 9\. Notify supervisors about their subordinates' absences via TASY within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt. 10\. Schedule and monitor periodic employee examinations according to the PCMSO. 11\. Assist with admission, dismissal, job function change, social security leave documentation, and correction of absence reports. 12\. Participate in employee vaccination campaigns and annual action plans, per PCMSO requirements. 13\. Perform remote on-call duties. 14\.
