Job Summary: The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting throughout the entire product manufacturing cycle, from initial preparation to final packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the preparation, shaping, and assembly of savory snacks 2. Keep the workstation clean and organized, following hygiene standards 3. Assist in organizing and controlling inventory of raw materials The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the production of our entire product manufacturing cycle, from initial preparation to final packaging, including: Assisting in preparing various types of dough (e.g., coxinhas, risoles, empadas) and diverse fillings. Shaping and assembling savory snacks (e.g., coxinhas, cheese balls, kibbeh, empadas, cheese bread). Performing frying or baking processes for savory snacks. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation, utensils, and equipment, strictly adhering to hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assisting in organizing and controlling inventory of raw materials and finished products. Packaging and storing ready-to-sell savory snacks. Previous experience in savory snack production or industrial kitchen settings. Agility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus occasional weekends or holidays. **Work Location:** Fazendinha, Curitiba\-PR **Remuneration:** R$2\.068,00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance Transportation allowance **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
