Job Summary: The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting throughout the entire product manufacturing cycle, from initial preparation to final packaging, ensuring hygiene and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the preparation, shaping, and assembly of various types of savory snacks. 2. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 3. Prior experience in savory snack production or industrial kitchen is desirable. The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the production across the entire manufacturing cycle of our products, from initial preparation to final packaging, including: Assist in preparing different types of doughs (e.g., coxinhas, risoles, empadas) and various fillings. Perform shaping and assembly of savory snacks (e.g., coxinhas, cheese balls, kibbeh, empadas, cheese bread). Carry out frying or baking processes for savory snacks. Maintain the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized, strictly adhering to hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assist in organizing and managing inventory of raw materials and finished products. Perform packaging and storage of ready-to-sell savory snacks. Previous experience in savory snack production or industrial kitchen. Efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. **Job Type:** Permanent (CLT) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus occasional weekends or holidays. **Work Location:** Fazendinha, Curitiba\-PR **Compensation:** R$2\.068,00 **Benefits:** Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
