Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and organizing indoor and outdoor areas, as well as providing support with coffee service and plant care. Key Highlights: 1. Plant and garden care **Responsibilities** * Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas (floors, stairs, restrooms, kitchen, glass, windows, and doors). * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and water for executives and clients. * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies as needed. * Maintain organization and sanitation in the kitchen and common areas. * Water plants and care for the garden. * Fulfill ad-hoc requests from management. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a cleaning assistant or in general services. * Familiarity with handling cleaning products. * Agility and attention to detail. * Commitment and responsibility regarding schedules and tasks. * Professional demeanor and courtesy in internal and external interactions.
