Good teamwork, proactivity, and ethics ***Position: Installation and Maintenance Assistant (Electronic Security / Condominiums)*** ***Mandatory Requirements:*** * Proven experience as an installation and maintenance assistant for condominium security equipment. * Practical experience with cameras, sensors, alarms, and electronic/vehicular gates. * Strong organizational skills and proactivity, empathy, and good interpersonal relationships with the team. * Professional conduct and ethics * Completed high school education. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH Category B) and driving proficiency. **Responsibilities:** Provide direct assistance to technicians/installers: * During installation and preventive/corrective maintenance of condominium gatehouse systems. * During configuration and repair of CCTV cameras, sensors, alarms, and vehicular gates. * During fault diagnosis and on-site technical support. * Loading and organizing materials, equipment, and tools; * Installing infrastructure, cable management, pulling cables, and assisting with cable crimping according to the installer’s or responsible technician’s instructions; * Assisting with testing and verifying proper equipment operation; * Cleaning and organizing the work area upon job completion, including loading and organizing materials, equipment, and tools; **Benefits:** * Fixed salary + attendance bonus * Meal allowance / food voucher + cost-of-living allowance * Dental and health insurance plans * TotalPass * Business hours Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
