Perform biological sample collections with precision and safety. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform biological sample collections with precision and safety, providing complete customer service from registration to delivery of required information, as well as performing sample triage, preparation, and administrative and operational support for the unit. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Good communication and courtesy with internal teams and suppliers Ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer volume Clear communication and empathy in user interaction. Basic knowledge of the most frequently requested tests. Technical knowledge of clinical laboratory analysis. Technical knowledge of collection procedures Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS). Ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct Basic computer skills Organization, attention to detail, and care with documents and sensitive data. Patience, empathy, and a collaborative attitude. Experience in customer service.
