**Responsibilities and duties** **Get to know this professional’s day-to-day:**
* Produce reports aligned with RPC and GLOBO’s legal and editorial attributes and principles. Know, apply, and internally disseminate GRPCOM’s standards, conduct guidelines, and policies;
* Suggest relevant topics and identify characters to support narrative development for the public;
* Build and maintain a solid network of sources to access strategic and exclusive information, ensuring differentiation in journalistic coverage;
* Write and speak clearly and engagingly, integrating text with images and graphics to complement and enrich reports;
* Actively participate in topic proposal and definition, identifying opportunities for content production on g1 and the VOCÊ NA RPC app as well;
* Possess the ability to regionalize and nationalize local topics, ensuring relevance and prominence across various coverage platforms;
* Possess the ability to influence, motivate, and develop junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative, educational environment;
* Manage changes and difficulties arising during work execution, proposing effective solutions while keeping the newsroom informed and aligned;
* Produce content using alternative equipment, applying framing, lighting, and audio recording techniques to ensure quality and professionalism in productions;
* Broad general culture, staying constantly updated through reading to expand worldview. Apply diverse perspectives to develop critical thinking and contextualized analysis;
* Safeguard personal and professional image, maintaining ethical conduct aligned with company values both inside and outside the corporate environment;
* Maintain appropriate appearance per guidelines from the responsible department, and care for vocal health by undergoing regular speech therapy sessions and practicing recommended exercises.
**Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism; postgraduate studies in the field preferred;
* DRT/MTB (professional registration);
* Proficiency in Portuguese; knowledge of at least one additional language (preferably English) desirable, along with user-level computer proficiency;
* Solid field experience as a Reporter;
* Proven experience developing texts, producing videos, and delivering complete reports;
* Experience in topic research and development, cultivating and maintaining sources, plus strong relationships with journalists and external sources;
* Basic knowledge of image and sound capture, recording, and transmission equipment, as well as cinematographic techniques;
* Driver’s license category B preferred;
* Willingness to reside in Cianorte and flexibility in working hours according to professional demands.
