The company ranks among the largest tire importers and distributors in Brazil, distinguished by its financial stability, continuous growth, and strong presence in the domestic market. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; * Screen resumes according to job requirements; * Schedule interviews and assist in conducting initial interviews; * Update and organize candidate information in systems and spreadsheets; * Support job posting dissemination across various channels; * Assist in candidate communication (follow-ups, alignment, and feedback); * Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives; * Assist with HR administrative tasks. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Interest in working in Recruitment and Selection; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
