Job Summary: Responsible for in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service to students and guardians, handling enrollments and providing administrative and pedagogical support. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service to students and guardians through multiple channels 2. Administrative support and assistance to the pedagogical team 3. Document organization and schedule management Working Hours: * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Saturday:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Main Responsibilities: * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service to students and guardians * Reception and guidance of visitors * Enrollment processing and administrative support * Document and contract organization * Support to coordination and pedagogical team * Schedule and class management Requirements: * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer knowledge * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Ability to work effectively in a team Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in customer service * Experience in an educational environment * Basic English proficiency Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
