Job Summary: The After-Sales Assistant provides post-purchase support to customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and proactive problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Assists with the installation and configuration of precision agriculture systems. 2. Conducts travel to provide on-site support to customers and distributors. 3. Provides remote and on-site technical support to customers. The After-Sales Assistant is responsible for providing post-purchase support to customers following the purchase of products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves proactive problem resolution and handling post\-sales requests. * Assist in product installation and configuration of precision agriculture systems, including agricultural GPS, planting monitors, electric auto-steer systems, row sensors, seed meters, and other related products, as required by specific customer needs. * Conduct travel to customers and distributors for installations, maintenance, training sessions, trade shows, and events. * Assist in functional testing to ensure all equipment operates correctly. * Assist in performing regular preventive maintenance on equipment. * **Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers**. * Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend updates or adjustments as appropriate. Requirements: * Driver's License Category B. * Willingness and availability for travel. * Knowledge of precision agriculture products is a plus.
