If you identify with our purpose and seek a place to grow and contribute, we welcome you with open arms! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Complete product technical specifications using what we call the Technical List Form. * Monitor product implementation during certification processes—from SKU registration through final and satisfactory approval. * Request registration codes for new products via company-provided platforms, ensuring timely code creation. * When necessary, request and monitor changes to product characteristics (components, graphic materials, and product attributes) in collaboration with the Materials Registration team via a Product Change Notification (PCN) on the company-provided platform—the need may originate from other departments. * Request graphic item codes for products. * Request creation of new product images or matrices from Product Engineering via company-provided platforms. * Request configuration label codes for retail products and perform technical review of related data. * Create and distribute product technical datasheets based on a predefined and agreed-upon template with the product’s responsible analyst. * Manage and share the product portfolio for retail and corporate markets. * Submit demand requests for compatibility testing of NPI (New Product Introduction) and MdM (More of the Same) projects when required. * Request sample codes for future purchases via the company-provided platform. * Extract and update system database records to maintain the Power BI dashboard developed by the area, ensuring task clarity for all stakeholders. * Track all phases of the product lifecycle—from initial development and market launch through end-of-life—to maintain accurate codes across product lines. * Perform tasks according to departmental procedures and immediate supervisor guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, etc.) for material code creation is desirable. * Basic understanding of how computers or notebooks are assembled. **Additional Information** **Learn about some benefits offered by \#PosiTime:** **\*\* We strive to offer the best benefits to \#PosiTime members, which may vary depending on employment contract and work location.** **Quality of Life** Health and dental insurance plans Zenklub: mental health and wellbeing platform, including psychological counseling Casa da Saúde: medical and dental consultations, plus clinical exams Gympass On-site cafeteria Pharmacy discount Medical Emergencies: health plan agreement for home or telephonic medical assistance Semi-flexible working hours Hybrid work model Childcare allowance and Maternity Kit **Career and Education** Discounts at Universidade Positivo (UP) — for employees and dependents Saber Mais: Professional Development Portal Discounts at Colégio Positivo for employees’ children **Finance** Profit-sharing program (PPR) Good Card: accepted at over 130,000 establishments Life insurance Payroll-deducted loans **Transportation** Commuter allowance or parking **Exclusive Discounts** Parceiro Positivo: website offering discounts on our products *“Nearly all the world’s leading technology giants were born in garages.
