This person will be responsible for providing initial technical support for day-to-day issues, contributing to the proper functioning of the company’s systems and equipment. This is a position with high operational demand, ideal for those eager to learn, develop in the IT field, and grow alongside the company. We seek a trainable candidate with a collaborative, organized profile and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: * Collection of SPED files and tax documentation * Preparation of preliminary submissions * Verification of digital certificates and powers of attorney for SPED submissions * Handling technical support tickets (basic level) * Assisting with computer, system, and access configurations * Providing in-person and remote user support * Logging, tracking, and organizing support tickets * Supporting equipment maintenance and daily IT department routines Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Dental plan * Nutritional and psychological support allowance * SESC membership agreement Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
