Support for Human and Organizational Development initiatives **About the Position** ------------------- We are seeking a generalist HR professional who will act both strategically and operationally, taking responsibility for Personnel Department routines and supporting Human and Organizational Development (HOD) initiatives, thereby contributing to the company’s growth and structural development. There will be no direct team management; however, technical leadership and cross-departmental support are expected. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Execute and monitor Personnel Department routines (hiring, termination, payroll, vacations, time tracking, benefits, and statutory obligations). * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. * Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding labor-related inquiries. * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Assist in training and development initiatives. * Contribute to HR process improvements and departmental structuring. * Support organizational culture and climate initiatives. * Prepare HR reports and metrics. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields. * Prior experience in generalist HR. * Solid experience handling Personnel Department routines. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills. * Proactive and collaborative attitude. **Desired Profile** ------------------- * Professional maturity. * Continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to support managers and work autonomously. * Discretion and ethics. * Interest in participating in the company’s growth and professionalization. ### **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ ### **Department:** Human Resources
