You will be responsible for leading workforce cost and headcount planning, control, and analysis for the LATAM region, working strategically with HR, Finance, and Controlling functions to ensure budgetary efficiency, data accuracy, and support for senior management decision-making. **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Lead regional workforce planning (costs and headcount) for LATAM in partnership with local leadership and the Controlling function. * Consolidate, monitor, and analyze personnel budgets across LATAM countries, track variances between planned and actual figures, and propose corrective actions. * Prepare consolidated managerial reports on personnel costs and forecasts, delivering strategic insights to senior management. * Serve as the regional focal point interfacing with Controlling, ensuring alignment and efficient execution of business strategies related to personnel costs. * Supervise and control position management (headcount) across the entire LATAM organizational structure, ensuring adherence to budget and business needs. * Monitor and control third-party and temporary staffing expenses, seeking cost optimization and compliance with internal policies. * Develop long-term personnel cost projections and simulations, considering growth, restructuring, and optimization scenarios in LATAM. * Ensure control and accuracy of monthly personnel cost closings, guaranteeing timeliness and consistency of accounting information. * Lead the implementation of the SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) project for workforce planning in LATAM, ensuring timely delivery, team adoption, and maximum tool benefit realization. * Drive implementation of the local vendor headcount calculation tool for Brazil and other LATAM countries, ensuring integration with existing systems and processes. * Build and enhance controls and processes in synergy with regional HR and Finance teams, ensuring data integration and consistency of workforce information. **What do you need to have or know?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Controlling, or related fields * Solid experience in planning, preferably with personnel costs and HR budgeting * Experience in people management is desirable * Advanced English * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI **What will you find here?** * National health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental plan; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria at the factory; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan; * Profit-sharing program (PPR).
