Act in a consultative and operational capacity, ensuring accurate document verification, prompt service delivery, and ongoing customer support throughout the entire digital certificate issuance and renewal process, thereby contributing to the quality, reliability, and credibility of the company's services. **Responsibilities** * Issuance and renewal of digital certificates; * Identity validation in accordance with ICP-Brazil standards; * Verification of personal and corporate documents; * Biometric data and signature collection; * In-person and remote customer service; * On-site service at corporate clients; * Scheduling and route planning; * Basic support for certificate installation; * Updating records in the system; * Supporting customer relationship management and renewals. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic to intermediate computer literacy; * Proficiency with systems and technology; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Availability for external assignments; * Valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with digital certification; * Knowledge of ICP-Brazil processes and standards; * Experience in customer service; * Consultative commercial profile; * Experience in document validation; * Familiarity with electronic invoicing and enterprise systems.
