Job Summary: Merchandising Promoter responsible for ensuring in-store execution, preventing stockouts, adjusting configurations, pricing products, and seeking additional shelf space. Negotiation skills and sense of urgency highly valued We are looking for talents to work as a Merchandising Promoter in the Ponta Grossa–PR region, covering neighborhoods such as: CHAPADA, NOVA RÚSSIA, and JARDIM CARVALHO. Executing in-store activities as negotiated by the commercial team. If you have proven experience meeting the requirements below, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties – CLT Position (Fixed) * Ensure correct implementation of commercial actions negotiated by the sales team; * Identify and prevent stockouts (empty shelves due to product shortage) by checking store inventory; * Ensure adjustment of configurations, virtual inventory, and product restocking; * Ensure correct and up-to-date pricing of all products present in-store; * Seek additional shelf space and extra display points to improve product visibility in stores; * Monitor product expiration dates at the point of sale (POS); * Build strong relationships with stores; * Implement point-of-sale (POS) materials; * Complete POS data collection (surveys and photos); * Maintain clean and well-maintained execution areas. * Requirements and Qualifications * Prior experience as a Promoter in the Food or Pharma channel; * Completed high school education. **To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have: * Discipline and punctuality; * Strong communication skills; * Negotiation ability; * Sense of urgency. **Additional Information * Salary: R$ 1.715,00 (fixed) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with 1-hour break), and Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Benefits * Meal Voucher: R$ 36.59 per day * Food Allowance: R$ 141.62 per month * Transportation Voucher according to route * Health Insurance (after 90 days) * Dental Insurance (after 90 days) * Life Insurance * Total Pass (Gym Network) * SESC Membership Card * Discount partnerships (Undergraduate, Postgraduate, MBA, Master’s, and short-term courses) with renowned educational institutions for you and your dependents (children and spouse) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: * High School (Secondary Education) Languages: * Portuguese (Native) * Relocation allowance * Life Insurance * Profit-sharing * Meal Voucher * Dental Assistance * Food Allowance * Medical Assistance * Commissions
