GENERAL UNIT COORDINATOR – BATEL
Location: BATEL
Employment Type: CLT
Monday to Friday
Salary: R$ 4.000,00 + VA 700,00 + VT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure the unit remains consistently clean, organized, and compliant with quality, safety, and institutional image standards.
* Coordinate and supervise daily operations of reception, veterinary medical staff, nursing staff, and other unit personnel.
* Ensure strict adherence to internal processes, protocols, operational guidelines, and company regulations.
* Monitor routines, workflows, and team performance, promoting continuous adjustments and improvements.
* Directly handle strategic client service and sensitive cases, ensuring VIP service standards and effective demand resolution.
* Manage and resolve complaints, conflicts, and operational incidents promptly, professionally, and effectively.
* Lead, guide, hold accountable, and develop the team, fostering alignment, discipline, engagement, and productivity.
* Conduct performance feedback, follow-ups, and evaluations jointly with management and administration.
* Supervise inventory control of supplies, medical materials, and operational consumables, ensuring organization, availability, and appropriate usage.
* Identify operational gaps, propose practical solutions, and implement process improvements within the unit.

* Prior experience in coordination, team management, or operational leadership roles.
* Proven skills in leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
* Ability to manage people, processes, and resources with a results-oriented focus.
* Proactive, firm, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS:
* Experience in veterinary hospitals, medical clinics, or healthcare environments.
* Familiarity with KPIs, managerial reporting, and process improvement.
* Knowledge of management systems and administrative routines
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
