Silo da Moda is a platform dedicated to fashion and trends, offering a variety of products and services related to the apparel and accessories industry. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise the sewing team, ensuring product productivity and quality. Assign tasks among team members according to demand and expertise. Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to deadlines. Conduct quality inspections of garments during and after the sewing process. Train and guide sewers on techniques and procedures. Control proper usage of materials and equipment. Previous experience as a Sewing Supervisor, Sewing Coordinator, Sewing Team Leader, or Sewing Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
