General support for administrative activities of the fleet/maintenance department An Environmental Engineering company seeks a Fleet Assistant in Curitiba (Abranches). SaneTran is a company specialized in sanitation and waste transportation solutions. Focused on sustainability, it provides services aimed at environmental preservation and improvement of quality of life. **Responsibilities:** Issue Service Orders and monitor the schedule for preventive and corrective maintenance. Address non-conformities reported by drivers and ensure vehicle technical compliance. Monitor and identify drivers, and handle the administrative processing of traffic fines, ensuring compliance with deadlines for driver identification and payment. Update key KPIs (fuel consumption, fleet availability, and costs) and maintain smooth communication with operational units. Provide general support for administrative activities of the fleet/maintenance department. Previous experience as Fleet Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Fleet Coordinator, or Transportation Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
