Develop and execute general controls for maintenance and electrical activities using internal systems (SSA), data extraction, KPI monitoring, database development, improvement implementation, scheduling based on activity planning, maintenance cost tracking, knowledge of PCM management techniques, and creation and execution of CEPs. Develop/update M&E technical information, perform root cause analysis for chronic failures, conduct training on various topics, manage contracts, and place parts orders via the Electronic Marketplace. **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering. **Experience:** Prior experience in Maintenance or related fields such as Factory/Manufacturing Engineering. **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Language:** Basic English. **Behavioral Competencies:** Problem-solving mindset, organizational and teamwork skills, initiative, and sense of urgency. **Work Schedule:** 7:00 AM – 4:48 PM. **Preferred Candidates Should Have:** * Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint). * Intermediate English. * Proven experience in Maintenance/Electrical or Engineering process improvement projects. *Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.* **Interested in this challenge and ready to grow your career at Caterpillar?
