In the Legal Department, you will directly handle litigation related to our **Real Estate Credit** products, overseeing cases end-to-end, supporting defense strategies, and ensuring alignment with third-party law firms. As a **Legal Analyst at Bari Hipotecária**, your responsibilities will include: * Analyzing lawsuits filed by customers of the financial conglomerate’s real estate credit products; * Providing guidance to third-party law firms for drafting defenses and appeals; * Monitoring legal proceedings; * Recording procedural updates in the CPJ system; * Drafting initial pleadings, responses, and appeals to address judicial demands; * Processing judicial fee payments; * Monitoring official duties at real estate registries and related offices; * Studying legal doctrine and case law related to Real Estate Credit; * Supporting other areas within the Legal Department.
