We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant (Payroll Department) who wants to be part of the People Management team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support activities related to labor routines and labor relations, such as payroll processing, vacation management, contract termination, calculation of labor charges, and internship administration, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements; * Provide assistance and support to employees and managers by delivering information and guidance on payroll-related matters, internal procedures, and policies; * Prepare and submit all required documentation for tax deductions, benefits, and payroll deductions; * Maintain control and prepare documents related to warnings and suspensions; * Develop, document, and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes. Stay up-to-date on state and federal payroll tax legislation; * Monitor employee working hours, record and track medical certificates and declarations, perform monthly time sheet closing, and manage overtime banks; * Administer company-provided employee benefits, arranging their delivery and collecting necessary information for maintenance (enrollments, changes, and cancellations), ensuring timely benefit payments to employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst/Assistant; * Practical experience with payroll software (including ADP); * Knowledge of E\-SOCIAL; * Familiarity with Excel and spreadsheets; * Excellent analytical skills; * Ability to work under tight deadlines; * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or related fields. **Skills** * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Punctuality and commitment are essential; * Patience and ability to work under pressure; * Proactivity, initiative, and empathy. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7 daily working hours (9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM\). **Work Modality:** * On-site. **Work Location:** * Cabral \- Curitiba/PR. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation voucher for on-site and hybrid employees; * Health insurance: we offer a special Sul América plan (private room) with no co-payment!
