Job Mission Support operational routines of production processes at the manufacturing unit by operating, inspecting, and cleaning low-complexity industrial equipment in the area, avoiding waste and reducing operational costs during the process to ensure finished product availability meeting safety and quality requirements. Ensure the operation of the Integrated Quality and Food Safety Management System according to FSSC 22000, HACCP criteria and methodologies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. Main Responsibilities Operate low-complexity machinery according to the relevant process, adhering to existing operational standards; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operated equipment; Conduct periodic inspections of processes and products to monitor and record quality parameters per established standards, analyzing failures occurring in the process under their responsibility using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology; Accurately and promptly report all data and information relevant to area KPI monitoring; Record production and quality data in SAP; Perform workplace organization and cleaning tasks by following the existing cleaning plan and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; Report anomalies, near-misses, and unsafe behaviors to support implementation of safety improvement activities; Support continuous improvement of performance indicators by participating in improvement teams focused on bottling performance indicators for low-complexity machines. Academic Qualifications Completed high school. Completed technical course in Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, or completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
