Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and communicative Social Media professional to manage the brand’s digital presence, with a focus on content creation, audience engagement, and metric analysis. Engaging with followers and analyzing metrics for optimization **Position: Social Media – On-site (CLT)** **Location:** Vicente Pires/DF We are looking for a creative, communicative, and energetic individual to work as a **Social Media** professional, managing our brand’s day-to-day digital presence. This is a **100% on-site position**, ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic routine, social media, and appearing in front of the camera. Main Responsibilities: * Creating, planning, and **scheduling content** for social media platforms (primarily Instagram); * **Shooting and editing videos** for posts, stories, and reels; * **Daily recording** of stories and reels showcasing products, behind-the-scenes moments, and unit operations; * Engaging with followers (replying to comments and messages); * **Analyzing metrics and performance results**, helping identify top-performing content; * Supporting **promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives**; * Collaborating with the team to ensure consistent communication aligned with the brand identity. Ideal Candidate Profile: * **Communicative, cheerful, and charismatic** individual; * Comfortable and **confident speaking in front of the camera**; * Creative, proactive, and eager to learn; * Interested in social media, digital trends, and content creation; * Organized enough to handle schedules and daily tasks.
